USGIF Confirms First Keynote Speakers for GEOINT 2009 Symposium

The United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF) announced the first four keynote speakers for its sixth annual GEOINT Symposium. Confirming their participation in GEOINT 2009 are Director of National Intelligence Dennis Blair; the Honorable James R. Clapper Jr., undersecretary of defense for intelligence; U.S. Navy Vice Adm. Robert Murrett, director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency; and U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. David A. Deptula, deputy chief of staff for U.S. Air Force intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance.
“Each year USGIF attempts to pull together a dynamic agenda to include an array of insightful and poignant keynote speakers,” said USGIF President Keith J. Masback. “Last year’s GEOINT was a tremendous success in this and all regards, and with the early acceptance of the DNI, General Deputla, Admiral Murrett and Undersecretary Clapper we are on pace to again deliver a deeply valuable and enriching experience for the GEOINT Community.”
