Registration Information

Pre registration is now closed. Registration will resume on site at the GEOINT 2009 Symposium on Sunday, October 18 outside Exhibit Hall C beginning at 10 a.m.

Only the Full Symposium pass will allow you too attend all of the keynote presentations, learn from the insightful panel discussions, participate in the interesting breakout tracks, and gives you access to the Welcome Reception, exhibit hall and daily receptions, Corporate Hospitality Night and the USGIF Closing Reception.

A One-Day Expo Only pass includes only those activities taking place in the Exhibit Hall on the day for which your badge is purchased. There is a limit of one, One-Day Expo Only Pass per attendee.

* The Government rate is available only to employees of the U.S. and international governmental organizations. Retired Military and Contractors are not eligible.
** The discounted Academia registration rate is for full-time students and full-time employees of accredited colleges and universities. Proof of eligibility will be required.
**** The Young Professional rate is for those attendees 18 – 30 years of age. Verification is required.

GEOINT 2009 Spouse/Guest Program

As a special offer, USGIF is giving GEOINT 2009 attendees and exhibitors the option to bring a spouse or guest to this year’s Symposium. The program has newly been reduced from last year to $75 per person. Access to the exhibit hall after 4 p.m. and evening events on all days is included with the pass.

GEOINT 2009 Cancellation/Refund Policy

Any Substitution Requests received after Tuesday October 13, 2009, will need to be presented at onsite registration. Please print and complete the Refund/Substitution request form below and bring it with you to GEOINT 2009.

Cancellations received by August 31, 2009 will receive a 100% refund, less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations received after August 31, 2009 and before October 9, 2009 will receive a 50% refund, less a $100 processing fee.

No refunds will be given after October 9, 2009, and registrations received after this date are not eligible for refunds.
